Inside The McLaren Trailer
My first photography credentials for F1 were limited and only allowed me in certain areas at specified times. Eventually I received full credentials but even then there were areas off limits. I worked on gaining the trust of teams, respecting their work and staying out of the way when appropriate. Slowly I was accepted and allowed greater access. Sometimes timing was everything like when the trailer/workshop door was left open and I could see the highly organized scrupulously clean inner world of McLaren.
