It was a privilege to ride with one of the greatest drivers in the world and watch him work first hand. There was an ease and fluidity to all his movements that belied the violence of the physical forces affecting the racecar. At 215MPH we were traveling 60MPH faster than a Class 5 hurricane while he remained a center of calm and control in a torrent of noise, g-forces and speed.
